This official five-year warranty is valid for all Rado watches purchased as of 1st May 2023. The international Rado warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased Rado watch (“defects”). The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed, and stamped by an official Rado dealer (“valid warranty certificate”).
